Dance Clinics
The Royal Pride Drill Team proudly hosts two community dance clinics each year—one in the fall and one in the spring—designed for children ages 4–13.
Each clinic is $50 and includes:

A fun dance warm-up and technique session

A choreographed routine taught by Royal Pride members

Games, snacks, and a commemorative T-shirt with registration
🎃 Fall Clinic participants will perform alongside the team at a Grand Oaks Varsity football game, bringing spirit to the sidelines.
🌸 Spring Clinic dancers will take the stage during the Royal Pride Spring Show, celebrating the season with sparkle and pride.
Guy/Gal Night
The Guy & Gal Dance is a cherished Royal Pride tradition that celebrates connection, community, and fun.
While it began as a father-daughter performance, it warmly welcomes uncles, brothers, family members, and even GOHS staff to join our dancers on the field.
This special moment takes place each football season during a Grand Oaks Varsity halftime show—and it’s quickly become one of the most beloved highlights of the year for our team and fans alike.

Football Season
From the sidelines to the stage, our halftime performances and pep rally routines ignite school spirit and showcase the heart of Royal Pride. These traditions aren’t just crowd-pleasers—they’re core to our mission as a spirit organization, bringing energy, unity, and pride to every performance.
Junior High Night
Each football season, the Royal Pride Drill Team teams up with their spirited sister squad—York Junior High’s Orange Pride—for a night of high-energy dancing, field fun, and stand-side celebration. It’s a joyful tradition that bridges campuses, builds bonds, and brings double the pride to Friday night lights.
Contest Season
Contest season is where precision meets passion—and it’s one of the most exciting chapters in the Royal Pride dance year. Our team trains hard, shines bright, and brings their best to every performance. Stay tuned: this year’s competition schedule will be announced later this fall!
